Alex has been in the caricature business exclusively for over 12 years now and estimates to have drawn over 50,000 caricatures to date. He got his start being mentored by caricaturist greats Tom Richmond(Mad Magazine), Ed Steckley(Mad Magazine) and Joe Bluhm(Moonbot Studios). In addition to drawing at hundreds of events like yours, Alex has worked at and run retail caricature operations at Six Flags, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and more. He has trained and mentored dozens of artists over the years. Alex specializes in walking the line between flattery and parody with his drawings. He is excellent at making you feel right at home and keeping things loose with a joke or two. Drawing Speeds (drawing speeds are an indication of what the artist is capable of and are not guaranteed)
Traditional Caricatures:- B&W Heads Only: 12-15 people per hour
- B&W Body / Gag: 10-12 people per hour
- Color Heads Only: 8-10 people per hour
- Color Body / Gag: 6-8 people per hour
Rates
- $180/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
