Zach T - California Digital Caricature Artists
Zach T is one of our Digital Caricature Artists in San Francisco:
A life-long caricaturist known for his highly definitive likenesses, Zach has provided portrait caricatures at all types of events in the U.S. & abroad since 1980. In tandem with his quick-sketch caricatures he's also been an Illustrator specializing in celebrity caricatures for the press.
Zach added live digital caricatures on the iPad to his repertoire shortly after it came out in 2010. He found that he had a particular knack for drawing with his finger, almost as easily as he could draw with a pencil. It later became so popular with clients that he retired from illustration to pursue it more fully.
His professional focus is now split solely between traditional media caricatures (which he continues to love) and live digital (primarily for corporate events such as trade shows & conventions).
Major entities such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Paypal, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Neiman-Marcus, Levi's as well as Apple itself have all utilized his digital caricature keepsakes since he began offering them.

Drawing Speeds (drawing speeds are an indication of what the artist is capable of and are not guaranteed)
Digital Caricatures:- Color Digital Caricatures: 10-12 people per hour
Requirements and Equipment:
- Output Options: Mainly prints (4X6 or 8.5X11) in conjunction with later downloading (website or via cloud-based folder).
- Provided Equipment: iPad, Flat screen displays - 24 to 32", and Photo printer
- Backup Equipment: His set-up is wireless, but he has HDMI, RCA, VGA cables if the need arises
- Requirements: Access to an electric outlet, 1 or 2 chairs (although he can work standing). Cafe or cocktail-style table (for display & printer), but he can provide a floor stand for display & printer if unavailable. Good lighting onsite is also greatly appreciated, but
Rates
- Digital Caricature Rate: $270/hour, with a 3 hour minimum.
