William R - Wisconsin Face Painters

Please, allow me to introduce myself to you. I am Mr. Bill the Face Painter, where “YOU” become the work of art! My actual name is William, “head” artist at Mr. Bill the Face Painter.

Earning his BFA in Advertising Design from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (Blugolds) in December 1982, William has led a life focused on others. He draws significant influence from this service, as well as from his surroundings at home. William is known for his exceptional design skills and writing ability. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies (General Mills, Aveda, Del Monte Foods) and smaller corporations, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful. One of his proudest achievements was being part of a team that won a Golden Lion at the Cannes Film Festival. The award is given annually for the best television commercial in the world. His focus has now turned to face painting, and fine art, specifically abstract cold wax/oil painting.

In terms of face painting, he adores children because of their imagination, creativity and whimsy, since he is the same way. Not only does William create stunning works of art on the little ones, but he actually engages with them! For that moment a child is an imaginative artist. He loves to make up stories as he paints, helping create their own legendary adventure, whether it be a woodland fairy or a swashbuckling pirate on a crusade!

He loves everything from fantasy, fairies, butterflies and glitter, to zombies, day of the dead and monsters. He can paint anything from a full face to a small cheek design. If you have a party theme, William will create one of a kind designs for your guests to choose from that will complement your theme. He offers safe face painting, and glitter application - art for all ages!
