Wesley N is one of our Balloon Sculptors in St. Cloud:
Wesley has been making balloon creations since 1993 when he was shanghaied into going to a new clown club founding meeting. Since then he has studied with former Ringling clowns and has taken "being silly" very seriously. He has mastered over 200 different balloon designs and is constantly learning more.
