Valery grew up in NYC and attended the FAME school "LaGuardia HS of Music & Art & Performing Arts". She holds a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts and loves entertaining and making people happy. She has been twisting balloons since 2013.As a balloon artist Valery offers basic to complex twisting designs. She will work with you on any special requests or theme you may have for your event if communicated in advance.
