Susan received her BFA in drawing at The Atlanta College of art. After art school, she began working as a caricature artist at Six Flags over Georgia. After the first year, she went out on her own to work for herself. She has been a caricature artist for over 20 years now, working in the Atlanta area and traveling out of state to entertain with caricatures.
Over the years, Susan has drawn thousands of caricatures. Now, Susan has embraced the new technology that allows her to draw live color digital caricatures. Her first experience was with Microsoft. She received a call to draw digital caricatures at the convention in Atlanta for Microsoft. This was a turning point in her career. This new medium was exciting and unique and people responded with great enthusiasm. They loved their digital caricature!
Susan made the investment of buying her first Wacom tablet, a computer, a printer, and a television monitor. Susan has plunged herself into the new era of color digital caricatures in Atlanta. She is having so much fun drawing with a stylus and a tablet. To be able to, in a matter of minutes, print a color digital caricature of the people at the events is like magic.

Digital Caricatures:- Color Digital Caricatures: 9-12 people per hour
Requirements and Equipment:
- Output Options: 4” x 6” glossy prints placed in a protective plastic bags, output to client’s flash drive, or CD (with advanced notice)
- Provided Equipment: Wacom Cintiq 13”, Mac Mini, Epson Inkjet printer, TV monitor
- Requirements: Electricity, adequate lighting, two chairs and a sturdy table.
Rates
- Digital Caricature Rate: $270/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
