As of June 13th, 2012, Shilpa is a fully trained and certified henna artist. She does not follow books she creates her own styles.
At the age of 14 she started doing henna. It started as a hobby and became a full-fledged profession when she went to the United Kingdom. She worked with the United Kingdom’s top most henna designer Nasreen Rajbali, Virajtaylor and few others. With the encouragement of all her family and friends she has started henna in the United States.
She guarantees the quality of her work and her designs that she creates are unique. She does 14-16 designs per hour depending on the complication of the design. She uses 100% pure Henna and makes her own paste without adding any chemicals and she guarantees a fabulous stain.
