Coming from a fine art background, Shelly, a school teacher and passionate educator of youngsters in Manhattan, had the idea of combining her artistic sensibility and love for children, to create her one-of-a-kind birthday party addition, providing exceptional high quality entertainment services by painting uniquely beautiful, colorful, fast and elegant designs on these adorable little faces and arms!
Shelly was born and raised in China, studied art and design in San Francisco and Toulon, France. She is currently taking fashion classes at FIT, New York and developing an exciting new product: hand painted t-shirts! Shelly loves to work with her hands to build things, read, run by the beautiful lake near where she lives, paint and draw on anything and everything and is always generating new creative ideas.

Simple Designs: 15 faces per hour
Full Face Designs: 20 faces per hour
Rates
- $210/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
