Shelby graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelors in Fine Art; she also graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School with a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling. She has an extensive art background and has been providing her services for about 10 years now! She is skilled in face painting, balloon sculpting, and henna. She lived all over India for a month in college and learned a lot about the culture and henna!
