Rosie started when she was planning a first birthday party for her {toddler} grandson. She hired a clown who only did balloon sculptures, so being that she was an art major in high school, she decided to do face painting for the children at this party. Everyone commented, "Wow, she is really gifted at this, why doesn’t she start offering her services to others, start a business?" She became Rainbow Rosie the Face Painting Clown and has been ever since!
