Plumina is a certified face painter through FACE, the International Face Painting Association - a membership that upholds high standard of practices for face painters. Plumina loves to paint all designs, especially the wild and spooky stuff, as much as the pretty adornments that both adults and children adore. She is known for her sense of fun, professionalism, colorful and artful painting.
