Paula B discovered henna in 2000 as a unique medium to express her creations on the living canvas of the body. With a background in art and photography, she enjoys creating living artwork that changes with reaction to heat, air, body chemistry and even the mood of the person receiving the design, making each experience a singular one.
She enjoys the element of therapeutic magic and sensuality in the henna art process, and makes a point to listen to each client to develop designs that speak to their particular likes and dislikes. A frequent traveler, she enjoys adding multi-cultural elements to traditional motifs. Her favorite styles are dense Arabic hand florals, striking tribal arm and back designs, designs involving the written word, and full-back designs.
