Paul (Parker) Nottoli was born in Coronado, Ca. Earned a BSED at Georgia Southern University and while working on his Masters in Theatre Design was offered a position with Elizabeth Courtney Costumes in Los Angeles. Hired as an assistant designer and sketch artist for Bob Mackie and Rhet Turner, he used his ability to duplicate liknesses of people while sketching costume designs for Cher, Carol Burnett and The Donnie and Marie Show at CBS. His love of Caricatures grew and has become his passion and hobby along with his continued work in theatre design and education.
