Mr Bill is one of our Balloon Sculptors in Richmond:
Mr. Bill got his start at his daughter’s 7th birthday in 2013. With friends from school (and some parents) at the party, Bill was quickly asked to twist balloons at school functions. He went to work learning new designs and twisting every day to get ready. After a couple of events through the church and school, this past May 2014, Mr. Bill was a big hit at the annual Bull Roast. Bill twisted over 120 balloons in 5 straight hours! He also goes by the Balloonigan Hooligan or just Balloonigans for short as he continues to make kids smile from his awesome balloons.
