Marlene M - Face Painters

Marlene M is one of our Face Painters in Toronto:

Originally from London, ON, Marlene started painting store front windows at the age of 10, after local shops saw her work on her Mother’s flower shop display. While earning her BA in Acting from the University of Windsor, she studied scenic design and was quickly recruited to help paint sets for the university’s theatrical season. Working as a professional stage actor for 10 plus years, only heightened her love of theatrical makeup, and it wasn’t long before her talents started showing up on stage as well.

After becoming a mother in 2009, she was introduced into the world of children’s parties and play dates. While helping a friend, she was encouraged to use her talents at a birthday party and soon enough, parents began asking her to face paint. Eventually, she merged her talent into her marketing work and began working with event organizers to face paint for their corporate clients. Over the last 5 years, she has worked with such companies as Canadian Tire, State Farm, RBC Financial, Seneca College, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz Financial and entertained for their corporate parties, family/consumer events and festivals all over the greater Toronto area. A natural performer, she does well with crowds and understands how the face painting experience should always be a positive and memorable one.
