Marlene G - Illinois Caricature Artists
Located in a NW suburb of Chicago, Marlene has been a freelance illustrator since 1986, who offers a whole assortment of creative services from doing drawings for product development in giftware, to editorial/book and humorous illustration, to caricature. She also fancies herself something of a humorous writer, but can handle the serious matters, too.
Her illustrative art and caricature work can be done in markers or pencil, color pencil, ink or watercolor or even mixed media. Marlene's party work is done with markers in black and white and gray, with some spot colors, and comes ready-to-frame in a white cardboard matt.
She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in art education and had 12 years of work experience with graphic production before going into business for herself.
She has years of teaching and workshop experience, working with children and adults of all ages and is moving in the direction of animation and writing.

Traditional Caricatures:- B&W Heads Only: 12-15 people per hour
- B&W Body / Gag: 8-10 people per hour
- Color Heads Only: 8-10 people per hour
- Color Body / Gag: 7 people per hour
Rates
- $160/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
