Looney Ballooney has been a professional balloon twister for nearly 2 years. 12 years ago, after a trip to the public library, she taught herself how to twist balloons. Her menu varies from simple and whimsical all the way to complex and extraordinary. Bracelets, hats, rings and ponytail holders adorn the adults while kids carry around their favorite inflated pet. Everyone at your event will remember this unique form of entertainment.
