Kathy - Balloon Sculptors

Kathy has loved art of all kinds since she was very young. Her father was a wonderful landscape artist, working with oils and acrylics. Kathy’s interests were more in sketching, cartooning and caricatures. In her late teens she was encouraged to interview at Six Flags over Texas for a job drawing caricatures. She was accepted, but excessive shyness kept her from taking the position. She continued to hone her skills through sketching every free moment and drawing cartoons of family member’s embarrassing moments.

Kathy frequently says how much she enjoys what she does and feels blessed to earn a living at something that is hard work, but so much fun! Her job is bringing smiles to the faces of all who sit in her chair to have balloon art made for them!
