Judy U - Minnesota Face Painters

Escaping from the Minnesota winter to Mardi Gras in New Orleans one year changed Judy’s life, for it was there that she was introduced to face painting. She was hooked as she always loved art. Mardi Gras led her to move to Texas to paint at the Scarborough Renaissance Festival. Next came corporate events and private parties which led to an opportunity to be a textile designer in Dallas. While in Dallas, Judy attended the Dallas Academy of Art and took various fine art workshops in Texas and Mexico. After participating in several gallery shows and belonging to various art groups, Judy kept face painting and shared her skills with other painters by teaching classes and selling face painting videos. In recent years she has added airbrush tattoos and glitter body art to her skills and can provide any of these talents for festivals, private parties, corporate events and more. Judy is now back in Minnesota but still travels to festivals in Wisconsin and an occasional event in Texas.
