John D is one of our Caricature Artists in Boston:
John D spent over fifteen years as house caricaturist for the Bull & Finch "Cheers" pub. His work has been twice recofnized by the National Caricaturist Network, and he has exhibited his drawings at Salon at St. Just le Martel in France.
John D has been drawing caricatures professionally for over twenty years. He illustrated the book "Amglish, in Like Ten Easy Lessons" which includes the Steve Jobs portrait at right. He has lectured at MIT on caricature in a neurology course on facial recognition.
He has drawn everyone from U.S. senators, presidential candidates and ambassadors to members of the rock bands Aerosmith, The Grateful Dead and Hot Tuna.
