Imelda A - Texas Face Painters
Imelda has been face painting and twisting balloons for five years. She started painting as a favor to her sister and continued because of the happiness it brought to children when they got a balloon, or saw their faces painted. It has become her passion, as she continues pushing herself to improve and learn new tricks of the trade.

- $175/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
