Howard P - New York Caricature Artists

Howard P is one of our Caricature Artists in New York City:

Howard is an artist with a great love for caricature. Formally trained with a BFA at New York's School Of Visual Arts, he furthered his studies at the Art Students League. Howard’s career has taken him all over the professional art world. From T-shirt design to magazine illustration, to logo design and licensed cartoon character illustration; he’s done it all. Currently he is deep into the dark trenches of the advertising world illustrating storyboards for such agencies as Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey Advertising, BBD&O and many others. But his passion has always been caricature.

Growing up in the New York suburb of Brooklyn, he studied from and copied the greats: Al Hirschfeld, Mort Drucker, & Jack Davis, just to drop a few names. The nickname Celebritoonz came in the early 90s during his association with the Palm Restaurants in New York and Las Vegas. Howard has had the opportunity to draw many many of the celebrities that would dine at the world famous steak and lobster house. Now Howard would like to bring his experience, passion, and talent to your next party or event.
