Doug's love of art, laughter, and people were finally combined when he found the creative outlet of caricatures. He is a self taught caricaturist. Doug's career requires many long flights and he needed something to occupy his time. He decided to get a book on sketching and then attempted portraits of his children. It helped the time pass quickly and he found he really loved it. When he tried to draw a sketch of a passenger it failed but it had some humorous qualities. He bumped into a website on caricatures and the rest, as they say, is history.
Doug has been creating digital caricatures for over 10 years. He loves the combination of art and imagination. He has been caught quoting Albert Einstein, “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”

Digital Caricatures:- Color Digital Caricatures: 7-9 people per hour
Requirements and Equipment:
- Output Options: 4"x6" caricature prints.
- Provided Equipment: Wacom digital tablet connected to laptop OR 32 inch television monitor and Photo Printer
- Backup Equipment: Easel, paper and art markers.
- Requirements: Power supply that is easily accessible, chairs, and a small table.
Rates
- Digital Caricature Rate: $210/hour, with a 3 hour minimum.
