Delana B - Michigan Face Painters

Delana has been an entrepreneur and a Body Artist since 1998. She has over fifteen years of experience in face and body art and has been in entertainment her whole life. Imagine being 7 years old, seeing a clown perform at circus world, getting your face painted by a clown, and then them asking “what your clown name will be?” She decided right then and there that some kind of performance art was to be her chosen career path. She would later become Sue-Z-Q-De’ The Clown. Her middle name was Sue and her father always called her Sue-z-q growing up.

Dee was so taken with any form of entertainment that she immediately started trying to duplicate everything she had seen; dance, acting, drama. She insisted on performing for everyone she encountered; whether she knew them or not! She even put on her own neighborhood talent show at 8 and 9 years old. Then moving on through school to band art, drama show, chorus, and all kinds of talent oriented activities. Preforming on stage and street dancing, singing, and acting took over and she landed at Walt Disney and Universal Studios Florida after graduation doing shows and parades. She worked on cruise ships and various places in Hollywood and Florida and even landed some extra work along the way.

As she became older, and with training as a skin care and make-up artiste working a Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida, yet another love was born; Face and Body art. Meeting the Wolf brothers at Universal inspired a whole new love for face paint and horror make up. This lead to doing many events around Florida and internationally. Delana was among the first to face paint on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for Sixth Star Entertainment.
