Cristina A - Virginia Face Painters

Cristina has had a love for art since she was a child; she grew up in an artistic household surrounded by family members who were artistic and who had an appreciation for art. She embraces the different cultures and their artistic expressions, and enjoys traveling and learning about different artisans both local and afar.

In 2004, Cristina was introduced to face painting by a family friend who is a professional entertainer. Intrigued by the amazing work he has designed on children's faces, she decided to pursue this talent on her own - and now she is a working professional by day and a face painter in the evenings and weekends. Since she absolutely loves children, she recently went back to school to receive her degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Child and Youth. She finds such a delight in seeing both the children and parents' reactions to the designs she paints!

Cristina has worked with About Faces Entertainment since 2007 and has had favorable responses from clients who continue to request for her return! She has served clients such as: The Washington Wizards, The Sheridan School, The Hyatt in Fair Lakes, Episcopal High School and many others.
