Miguel A - Texas Caricature Artists

Miguel A is one of our Caricature Artists in Dallas:

Miguel has been drawing caricatures around the country for over twenty years.  He started drawing caricatures at Six Flags Over Texas in 1989 at the tender age of seventeen for M. Enterprises but really didn't hone his drawing skills until he worked for Fasen Arts where he worked and learned from artists he met in Chicago, Las Vegas and Arlinton, TX. After working for Fasen for eight years he began working at malls and running his own concessions at fairs and festivals like the Grapevine Mills Mall, the West End Market Place, the Hulen Mall in Ft.Worth, and First Mondays in Canton, TX, as well as the Texas State Fair, and Mayfest in Ft. Worth. He also worked for Lee Harvin Caricatures at Universal Studios L.A. in 2009.  In 2003 he began experimenting with detailed black and white ink drawings which he applied to his caricatures which eventually warranted him winning awards at the I.S.C.A. Conventions (International Society of Caricature Artists) in black and white technique. He still does the Texas State Fair in October and private parties as well as working for Big Time Design at Six Flags Over Texas.
