Phil is a native of Utah. He been drawing his entire life. Originally he wanted to become a comic book artist. After that he decided he'd rather do animation, Then finally rested on illustration, which is where the caricatures fit in. He continues to do portraiture with obvious enjoyment.

Traditional Caricatures:- B&W Heads Only: 8-12 people per hour
- B&W Body / Gag: 6-10 people per hour
- Color Heads Only: 6-10 people per hour
- Color Body / Gag: 4-6 people per hour
Rates
- $150/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
