Bill E is one of our Caricature Artists in Spokane:
Originally from Manchester, England, Bill moved to the Spokane area of Washington State almost three years ago. He's been a professional artist most of his working life, starting out as a cartoonist and illustrator as well as being a professional performance clown. As well as instructing in Fine Art, he taught cartooning and book illustration at several colleges in the UK and began his caricaturing career then, about 20 years or more ago.
Because people are often sensitive about their faces, Bill draws in the Victorian style of caricaturing, where the faces are drawn as an accurate likeness and he exagerates the body and asks his sitters about their interests and includes them in the drawing. His caricatures never offend- they flatter! He believes, because of the high quality of his work that he adds prestige to every event.

- $150/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
